Bici-Theater, on the trail of "The Girl Thief"

A unique theatrical walkthrough.

Inspired by Carlo Silini's book "The Girl Thief," Mendrisiotto Tourism and PubliBike, are pleased to present Ticino's first Bici-Theater.

Riding a PubliBike e-bike and accompanied by a guide, participants will be able to discover the places with a seventeenth-century flavor that characterize the Mendrisiotto environment described in the novel, and meet some of the characters narrated in the book who lived in that era and in those places.

Starting point: Piazzale, Via Segoma 16, 6850 Capolago

Getting there: The starting point is easily reached by train. The Capolago-Riva San Vitale train station is only 350 meters away. Alternatively, one can arrive by car; parking spaces are available.

Total distance covered: 9 km (pedaling in 5-15 minute stages)

Difficulty: easy

Included: PubliBike e-bike, guide, dinner (pork knuckle, potatoes and a soft drink, a vegetarian option is available)

Price: CHF 85 per person
Participation is allowed only for adults
