Concert on the occasion of International Women's Day "MGM Trio"

The culture department of the City of Vacallo on the occasion of International Women's Day has the pleasure to invite the population to the Conca Bella Restaurant for a concert with SILVIA MAFFEIS VIOLIN - YURIKO MIKAMI VIOLONCELLO - ALESSANDRA GELFINI PIANO

Silvia Maffeis, Yuriko Mikami and Alessandra Gelfini share a long musical experience in different fields : from the classical music of their education to contemporary, including collaborations in jazz, pop, tango argenti no and film music; they are also very active as arrangers for various ensembles, from duo to symphony orchestra. Pieces composed by female musicians will be performed interspersed with short readings done by female students of the Mendrisio High School
