Don't miss BancaStato Walking Mendrisiotto, which will be held at the Covered Market Event Center in Mendrisio. A great day of outdoor movement, companionship and fun with the proposal of 3 beautiful walking and Nordic walking routes of different distances and difficulties that wind through vineyards, countryside and villages.

Location
Village, departures, arrivals and lunch area are scheduled at the Centro Manifestazioni Mercato Coperto in Mendrisio

Routes

• Family (4.2 km - new trail!): easy trail with approx. 50 meters of elevation gain accessible to all (including wheelchairs and strollers)

• Besazio (8.7 km): medium-difficulty route through cores, woods and terraced vineyards.

• Meride (14.4 km): a medium-difficulty route with 450m of ascent and descent that touches 7 districts of Mendrisio and pushes up close to Monte San Giorgio (UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site)

Walk&Dog Category
For 4-legged friends and their companions, there is a "Walk&Dog" category (valid on all routes), which includes in addition to the classic race pack: bib with owner's and dog's name, bowl-reminder for the dog.

Fitness Afternoon
After the success of last year's edition, we are once again proposing the fitness afternoon organized by RB Training. From 1:30 pm to 4.30 interested participants will have the opportunity to participate in sessions of the following classes (maximum 3 choices, single course duration: 30 min): Boot camp / Pilates matwork / Pilates reformer / Postural classes / Group bench press / Spinning / Kids gym

Race pack
The registration fee includes: technical fabric t-shirt, meal voucher for the food court at the Event Center Covered Market in Mendrisio, personal bib with name, Rainbow day card (2nd class, all zones, valid on the day of the event, code sent by email), timekeeping, refueling and medical service on the course and at the finish line.
