CONCA SPECIALS - PORCINI MUSHROOMS

We are pleased to present our "Special of the Month" dedicated to porcini mushrooms, available for dinner on Thursday, August 29 and both lunch and dinner on Friday, August 30 through Saturday, August 31.

This month, we will delight you with a special menu inspired by the autumn flavors of porcini mushrooms:

  • Porcini panna cotta with egg 63°, white Novena fondue and raw porcini gills

  • Cappelletti with porcini mushrooms and their restricted broth, red shrimp and black truffle

  • Medallion of barbecued turbot with porcini mushrooms and Szechuan green pepper hollandaise sauce

  • Dessert of the day

Our chef has prepared a selection of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients to bring you wholesome and delicious flavors.
