From Thursday, November 28 to Saturday, November 30, the star of our Special of the Month will be the precious white truffle!

Indulge in a refined menu that enhances this autumn treasure with unique dishes such as:

  • Veal chop with butter toast

  • Fried eggs with polenta and 36-month Parmigiano Vacche Rosse fondue

  • Egg noodles (30 yolks) whipped with butter

  • Carnaroli Riserva San Massimo risotto with butter and Parmesan cheese
